Project Inspire Academy After School Program

Project Inspire Tutoring & Life Skills Academy seeks to inspire 

participants (K-12) to excel academically and individually. 

Participant needs are met with positive, caring volunteers, who 

build trusting relationships with participants by relating to youth 

culture, using encouraging communication and providing 

challenge along with support.  This year-round evidence-based 

after school tutoring programming is focused on academics, 

technology, sports, and enrichment activities.

This summer learning program, in partnership with Evolve502 

and JCPS, offers intensive academic, social, and emotional 

support programming for youth in Elementary and Middle 

School.  JCPS teachers provide literacy and math instruction

The Future Impact Leaders program seeks to engage young 

leaders age 15-24 in shaping the future of RJM's programs 

and services. These leaders will play a crucial role in 

providing feedback, generating ideas, assisting with 

implementation, and evaluating the effectiveness of various 

initiatives.  Participants will begin with a 10-week intensive 

training program covering a variety of leadership and 

strategic planning topics, and will culminate with one 

participant joining the RJM Board of Directors as a junior 

advisory member.
