RJM is dedicated to early detection and intervention in issues that perpetuate defeating cycles, aiming to remove barriers and develop upwardly mobile skills and career paths. Serving over 200 youth and families, predominantly African American, in underserved communities, we adopt a holistic, youth-centered approach.
